Sauna Rave
Join us on Friday and Saturday evenings for a sauna rave. Party music, natural highs, and a healthy way to connect with others. A good party without the hangover and zero regrets the next morning.

Stepping into the sauna is simple, yet the effects are powerful. All you need to do is show up. Our facilitator will guide you through the ritual. Even from one session, you can feel the benefits: deeper sleep, more calmness, and a clearer mind.

We know plans can change life happens. If you need to cancel, just do it at least 12 hours before your session and your ticket will be refunded straight to your Miers account.
If you cancel later or don’t show up, the ticket is forfeited. No refunds, transfers, or rescheduling.
This helps us keep things fair and makes sure someone else on the waitlist gets the chance to enjoy the heat & ice too.
