At Miers, we respect your privacy and are committed to rotecting your personal information. • Name
  • Address and postal code
  • Telephone and/or mobile number
  • Email address

This information is used to:

How long we keep your personal information depends on the type of data and our legal obligations in Latvia.

  • During your membership or active bookings: Your personal data (such as contact information, booking history, and payments) is stored in our IT system so we can manage your sessions, communicate with you, and provide our services.
  • After your membership or customer relationship ends: Certain information must be retained to comply with Latvian accounting and record-keeping laws. In accordance with the Latvian Law on Accounting, financial information (such as invoices, payment records, and related documentation) is kept for five years after the end of the financial year to which it relates.
  • When data is no longer needed: Personal data that is no longer relevant, and for which we have no legal or contractual obligation to retain, will be securely deleted.

  • To manage memberships, payments, and communication with you
  • To send you important information about your sessions, events, or changes to your account
  • To improve our services and guest experience

In principle, your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties. Exceptions may occur if:
